The Racers are on a tear, with reports of 2 more commitments over the past week. From Jerry Meyer, of Rivals.com

Alabama shooting guard. Jeffrey moss to murray state

And from Dave Telep (an analyst for ESPN):

Murray State landed speedster point guard CJ Ford from Fayetteville, NC. Kid has wheels

Rivals has the 6’5 guard Moss rated as a 3-star prospect, while ESPN rates Moss as a 2-star prospect. ESPN says of Moss, in part:

He’s a guy who can get shot off as needed. Moss wants the ball in his hands and needs it to be effective. He’s a hard driver and attacks the rim with purpose. Has the size and athleticism to make a play at the rim.

6’2″ guard Ford is also a 3-star Rivals prospect and 2-star ESPN prospect. ESPN’s thoughts, in part:

He’s got the speed and strength you look for in a guard. Ford is a burner who can penetrate the seams and create.

This makes 4 commitments for next year’s squad, with Zay Henderson and Erik McCree. (To read more about them, click here)
