In case you missed the summary last night, Bradley won on an “and 1” shot with just over four seconds to go.

Some thoughts…

First, that was way too aggressive defense with under 10 seconds left. He was playing so tight, he fell behind when the ball handler went to drive…which leads me to my second thought.

I can see the foul call. I can’t tell for certain, but it appears he was either trying to draw a charging foul, and was no where near position to do so, or just simply tripped. But I’m not sure I call that foul. I don’t think whatever contact there might have been affected the shot.

I especially don’t call that foul with 4 seconds yet. Yell at me in the comments if you want, but players should be allowed to play in late game close situations. If there is a real foul, absolutely call it. But that? I’m not so sure.
