When you are currently searching for a job, stories like this from Fox Sports Ohio aren’t exactly what you want to see. There were reports circling a month or so ago that former UT Martin standout Lester Hudson had dropped his agent.
According to the agent, that’s not quite what happened.
Tyler Glass, of Off The Glass Entertainment, responded to reports Hudson had dropped the agency. Instead, Glass told FOX Sports Ohio on Tuesday, it’s the other way around.
Glass claims that Hudson missed a workout with the Charlotte Bobcats (costing the organization paltry $750 in travel expenses) and so the agency let Hudson go.
What’s Hudson’s side of this? Fox Sports was unable to contact him, but Glass said he was told that Hudson said he “didn’t receive his hotel information quick enough.”
And there’s clearly some animosity here as well. Glass’s thoughts about Hudson’s performance with the Cavs?
However, Glass said not much stock was put in Hudson’s strong performance with the Cavs, “because they weren’t very good.”
This isn’t exactly the kind of press you want when you’re looking for a job with a professional sports organization.
