Tyler Siskey, an Anniston native, and current director of recruiting development at Ole Miss, is throwing his name in the hat for the Jacksonville State head football coach offering.
According to the Anniston Star, neither the school or Siskey is saying if the interest is mutual.
The 34-year old isn’t the most experienced coach. Before landing at Ole Miss, Siskey spent four years as Arkansas State’s receivers coach. He also spent time at Troy and Northwestern State.
“When there are jobs out there, everybody has their list, Siskey told the paper, “and this is a fit for me. It’s home.”
According to the Star, at least two interviews are scheduled for this weekend: Bill Clark on Saturday, and Will Hall on Sunday.
