As a senior, Brockman led the OVC with 339 passing yards per game, throwing for 28 touchdowns for the highest scoring offense in the league. Brockman received multiple postseason awards, including being a first team all-OVC selection, earning All-American honors, and finishing sixth in Walter Payton Award voting.

During his senior year, the Racers led the OVC in total offense and scoring offense with Brockman as the signal caller.

Brockman will take part in a three-day tryout with the Seahawks, in hopes of receiving a contract offer.
