Former Murray State OL Roderick Tomlin has agreed with terms to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an unrestricted free agent.
Tomlin started every game his last three seasons in Murray, helping protect signal caller Casey Brockman, anchoring a line that was among the national leaders in total offense, passing offense and scoring offense during his junior and senior years.
Tomlin joins at least three other OVC players to sign with an NFL team after the draft ended Saturday night. Two other OVC players, UT Martin defensive lineman Montori Hughes and Jacksonville State wide receiver/return specialist Alan Bonner were selected during the seven-round draft.
