UT Martin at Morehead 1 18 14Morehead State has struggled to score over the season, and especially in conference play, but when you feature the league’s best defense, it can make up for many shortcomings. Despite their ability to force turnovers and get to the free-throw line, their own turnover woes and fouls make it hard to take advantage of. It’s hard to believe that the Eagles will continue shooting the three-point shot at such a low percentage.

UT Martin is in many ways the opposite: they’re a team that can score, (although it’s fairly streaky) but not one that can defend. Pulling down 30% of missed shots is a good percentage, but it pales in comparison to the Eagles, led by Chad Posthumus. This team does not get to the free-throw line often, which would only strengthen their offense.
