Morehead State has added 6’9 post player Marcus Fuggins. Fuggins averaged 5.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 blocked shots as a sophomore for San Bernadino Valley College in 2013-14.

“We’re excited to add Marcus to the program,” Morehead State head coach Sean Woods said. “He’s another impact player who can push us toward our goal of winning an Ohio Valley Conference championship. Marcus has a high basketball IQ and very good instincts on the court.”

“We were attracted to Marcus during the recruiting process for several reasons,” Woods added. “He has a 7-foot-6 wing span and has been a winner throughout his basketball career. In addition to having great size, Marcus has a lot of athleticism and toughness.”

Fuggins has two years of college eligibility remaining.
