Three former Eastern Kentucky football players appear in court his week, pleading not guilty in a on-campus robbery back in March.
According to television station WLEX, David Emmanuel and Zain Gilmore are charged in connection to three students who were robbed at gunpoint at Clay Hall on March 30. Lorenzo McWilliams, originally thought to be a victim in the case, faces conspiracy charges.
Police say McWilliams, along with two other students, were sitting in a dorm room inside when Emmanuel and Gilmore came in with guns drawn, and stole electronics from the room.
A pretrial conference is set for all three July 3.
